Hidden Meadow is a development for housing that caters to people with
a love for horses. Our plans include 110 lots, an equestrian arena with
plenty of space for keeping horses, and a 10 acre community park.
You will find easy access to Hidden Meadow just off highway 40 in Fruitland,
Utah - which is within an hour of Park City.
Outdoor recreation opportunities are abundant. Strawberry Reservoir is
15 minutes to the West, Starvation Reservoir 20 minutes to the East.
Currant Creek runs through the property, and is known as a choice fishing
location by the few people who have had the privilege to fish there.
You will have access to thousands of acres of primitive land to explore.
Take your choice of boating, camping, fishing, four wheeling, snowmobiling,
and of course, riding horses.
The community is being developed with year round access on asphalt roads. Culinary and pressurized irrigation water will be provided to each lot. Access to power is provided by Moon Lake Electric, and UBTA will provide phone and internet service.
